Native Construction is a Harare-based building and civil engineering contractor — setting-out, foundations, structural framing and brickwork through to roof structure, engineered and finished under one accountable crew.
Native Contracting Zimbabwe (trading as Native Construction) is a full-service building and civil engineering contractor based at Suite B, Number 1 Waterfield Road, Mt Pleasant, Harare. We take on projects most contractors split across three companies: architectural design and bills of quantities, setting-out, foundations and reinforced structural work, and the finishing trades that determine how a space actually feels to live and work in.
Every project moves through the same sequence — setting-out and excavation to founding depth, foundations and damp-proof course, structural brickwork and framing, roof structure and covering, then services, fit-out and finishes — measured against the drawing at every stage, not signed off on trust. Our crews work in branded, high-visibility PPE on every site, and every job is registered and run to NSSA, ZIMRA, NEC and Construction Industry Federation of Zimbabwe standards. That's not paperwork for its own sake; it's how we protect our people and your investment.
Drawings and bills of quantities fixed before excavation starts, so the budget and the build stay in the same document.
No unsupervised subcontracting — every trade on your site reports directly to our site supervisor.
NSSA, NEC, CIFOZ and ZIMRA registered — insured, accountable, on the record.
Foundation, structure and final finish are inspected to the same tolerance — nothing is left to "close enough."
Every project runs under formal registration — so you're covered, not exposed.
